{"id":12928,"date":"2021-01-13T07:23:22","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T15:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gayecho.com\/news\/?p=12928"},"modified":"2021-01-13T07:23:22","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T15:23:22","slug":"domace-it-kompanije-moraju-se-boriti-za-prava-lgbtq-populacije","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gayecho.com\/news\/domace-it-kompanije-moraju-se-boriti-za-prava-lgbtq-populacije\/","title":{"rendered":"Doma\u0107e IT kompanije moraju se boriti za prava LGBTQ+ populacije"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Direktor kompanije COING za Netokraciju obja\u0161njava za\u0161to IT kompanije treba da se bore protiv diskriminacije LGBTQ+ populacije u Srbiji i diskrimini\u0161u diskriminatore.<\/p>\n<p>Pre godinu dana srpska kompanija COING koja stoji iza vode\u0107eg svetskog softverskog alata za pra\u0107enje radnog vremena Clockify i alata za timsku komunikaciju Pumble u svoj proces selekcije uvela je prili\u010dno nestandardnu novinu za doma\u0107e tr\u017ei\u0161te: kroz razgovor za posao poku\u0161ava da otkrije da li je kandidat homofobi\u010dan ili ne.<\/p>\n<p>Danas su, ka\u017eu, oti\u0161li i korak dalje \u2013 pre\u0161li su u \u201cotvorenu diskriminaciju diskriminatora\u201d a vi\u0161e o tome za Netokraciju govori Nenad Milanovi\u0107, CEO ove kompanije, koji na po\u010detku razgovora isti\u010de da su se na ovaj korak odlu\u010dili zbog njihove globalne delatnosti i \u010dinjenice da su ljudi koji koriste njihove aplikacije svih religija, rasa, seksualnih orijentacija.  <\/p>\n<p>U skladu sa tim, dodaje on, kompanija je odlu\u010dila da utvrdi da njihovi zaposleni nemaju problema sa gorenavedenim stvarima, uklju\u010duju\u0107i odnos prema LGBTQ+ populaciji, pa je ve\u0107 dugo deo njihovog intervju procesa ispitivanje sklonosti diskriminaciji kod potencijalnih novih kolega. O svemu tome detaljnije razgovaramo u nastavku teksta.<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od \u010detiri kandidata iska\u017ee homofobiju u toku razgovora za posao<br \/>\n\u201cOd samog nastanka, COING nije tolerisao nijedan oblik diskriminacije i aktivno se borimo za izjedna\u010davanje prava pripadnika LGBTQ+ populacije u Srbiji\u201d, obja\u0161njava Nenad na po\u010detku i isti\u010de da inkluzivna i sigurna atmosfera ohrabruje otvorenost, garantuje li\u010dne slobode i slobodu izra\u017eavanja na\u0161im kolegama. On dodaje:<\/p>\n<p>Visoku svest o ovom problemu u Srbiji imamo zbog na\u0161eg globalnog poslovnog prisustva. Oko 10% na\u0161ih kolega su pripadnici LGBTQ+ populacije i \u017eelimo da im pru\u017eimo podr\u0161ku u ostvarivanju njihovih prava u Srbiji.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi zaista to i u\u010dinili u COING-u su, kao \u0161to smo spomenuli, intervju za novu poziciju modifikovali su tako da sadr\u017ei i op\u0161ta pitanja poput \u0160ta mislite o LGBTQ+ populaciji? \u0160ta mislite o polo\u017eaju LGBTQ+ populacije u Srbiji? i sli\u010dno, te u zavisnosti od odgovora, postavljaju potpitanja kako bi utvrdili jasan stav i stepen sklonosti diskriminaciji, ukoliko postoji. <\/p>\n<p>Nenad obja\u0161njava da, iako je Srbija ostvarila dobar napredak po ovim pitanjima, ostalo je jo\u0161 mnogo posla. \u201cZbog raznih politi\u010dkih i ekonomskih izazova kroz koje smo pro\u0161li trenutno nemamo brojke sa kojima mo\u017eemo da se ponosimo. Na na\u0161u veliku \u017ealost, jedan od svaka \u010detiri kandidata iska\u017ee homofobiju u toku intervju procesa\u201d, navodi on i dodaje da je jedna od njihovih strategija i javno diskriminisanje diskriminatora:<\/p>\n<p>Mi zapo\u0161ljavamo ljude na osnovu niza kriterijuma kojima smo definisali potrebne ve\u0161tine i kompetencije koje su bitne za konkretnu poziciju, kao i na\u010din na koji se obavlja posao. Kada prepoznamo da neko mo\u017ee biti diskriminatoran ili netolerantan prema na\u0161im zaposlenima, korisnicima ili klijentima, zaklju\u010dujemo da ta osoba ne bi bila uspe\u0161na u svom poslu i na osnovu toga ne stupamo u radni odnos. Kao \u0161to ste primetili, od skoro na na\u0161im oglasima jasno komuniciramo \u201cne aplicirajte\u201d osobama koje smatraju da pripadnici LGBTQ+ populacije u Srbiji ne bi trebalo da dobiju pravo na brak i ostala prava koja im pripadaju.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to je bitno za na\u0161u kompaniju jeste da zaposlimo ljude koji \u0107e biti tolerantni prema kolegama, klijentima i korisnicima. Jedan deo kandidata diskvalifikujemo zbog homofobije, i to \u0107e dovesti do toga da \u0107emo morati sporije da zapo\u0161ljavamo i mo\u017eda ne\u0107emo ispuniti ciljeve rasta broja zaposlenih. Cilj za 2021. godinu nam je da zaposlimo jo\u0161 80 novih koleginica i kolega \u010dime bi se na\u0161 ukupan broj globalno zaposlenih popeo na 200.<\/p>\n<p>Iako to verovatno ne znate, najmanje 10% va\u0161ih zaposlenih su pripadnici LGBTQ+ populacije<br \/>\nNenada smo pitali i koliko je za doma\u0107u IT industriju va\u017eno da se ova praksa primeni u ve\u0107em broju kompanija, a on isti\u010de da \u201cdokle god postoje bilo kakve diskusije oko prava LGBTQ+ populacije u Srbiji, nismo cool zemlja\u201d i dodaje da, ako analiziramo globalne trendove, vrlo je jasna korelacija izme\u0111u tolerancije i ekonomskog razvoja dru\u0161tva.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTolerantne zemlje su ekonomski uspe\u0161nije i kompanije koje dolaze iz takvih zemalja imaju manje izazova u brendiranju na progresivnijim tr\u017ei\u0161tima. Sve i da zanemarimo ekonomske aspekte \u2013 it\u2019s the right thing to do\u201d, navodi na\u0161 sagovornik.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 sagovornik isti\u010de i da kao dru\u0161tvo imamo mnogo problema pa treba da ih re\u0161avamo jedan po jedan, a kako su prava LGBTQ+ populacije problem koji se mo\u017ee re\u0161iti brzo i lako, bez tro\u0161enja novca poreskih obveznika, spada u izazove koje treba da prioritetizujemo:<\/p>\n<p>Kao neophodne mere za po\u010detak, treba pod hitno modifikovati sve zakone tako da ih na\u010dinimo rodno\/polno neutralnima. Pripadnici LGBTQ+ populacije moraju da imaju pravo na brak i decu, kao i sva ostala prava koja imaju heteroseksualne osobe, a vlasnici kompanija treba da iskoriste svoj uticaj.<\/p>\n<p>Za kraj, Nenad predstavnicima svih IT kompanija poru\u010duje da zatvore svoja vrata homofobima i po\u0161alju jasnu poruku da ne toleri\u0161u diskriminaciju u bilo kom obliku. \u201cIako to verovatno ne znate, najmanje 10% va\u0161ih zaposlenih su pripadnici LGBTQ+ populacije \u2013 borite se za njihova prava.
