Mo\u017ee se re\u0107i da je moderno, globalizovano dru\u0161tvo danas dosta aktivno kad je u pitanju integracija transrodnih osoba u dru\u0161tvene strukture, \u0161to je proces koji se odvija u okviru \u0161ire borbe za prava dru\u0161tvenih manjina koja traje od 60-ih godina pro\u0161log veka.<\/p>\n<p>Gledaju\u0107i istoriju popularne kulture, mogu se prona\u0107i brojni primeri reprezentacije transrodnosti, koji su opet me\u0111usobno vrlo razli\u010diti. Mo\u017eda se iz uporedne analize tih primera ne\u0161to mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti o &#8220;klimatskim promenama&#8221; u dru\u0161tvu kada je odnos prema fenomenu transrodnosti u pitanju, kao i o samom fenomenu. Po\u0161to mi je muzika specijalnost, pozabavi\u0107u se primerima iz tog domena, mada sam siguran da bi se podjednako, ako ne i vi\u0161e zanimljiva analiza mogla napraviti i pomo\u0107u primera iz kinematografije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1970. The Kinks &#8211; Lola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LemG0cvc4oU\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kinksi su sjajan bend. Iako naizgled sladunjavi, od samog po\u010detka sredinom 60ih sa singlovima &#8220;You Really Got Me&#8221; i &#8220;All Day and All of the Night&#8221; su bili na braniku rokenrola. Predvo\u0111eni bra\u0107om Dejvis, nisu bili duboko u bluzu kao Stonsi, niti visoko u oblacima kao Bitlsi, ve\u0107 \u010dvrsto na zemlji, bave\u0107i se dru\u0161tvom koje ih je okru\u017eivalo na sebi svojstven na\u010din. Se\u0107am se kad sam prvi put \u010duo pesmu &#8220;Lola&#8221; i nelagode koju je u meni izazvala. Hit singl sa zalaska zlatnog doba karijere Kinksa je naizgled \u0161a-la-la pri\u010da o ve\u010dernjem izlasku u Soho i flertovanju sa Lolom, u kojoj sve deluje obi\u010dno do za neopreznog slu\u0161aoca neo\u010dekivanog vrhunca &#8220;I&#8217;m not the world&#8217;s most masculine man, but I know what I am and I&#8217;m glad I&#8217;m a man and so is Lola!&#8221; Naknadno \u010ditanje teksta otkriva gradaciju transrodnih motiva, iako je u vreme nastanka pesme dominantan termin za klasifikaciju naslovnog lika pesme bio &#8220;transvestit&#8221;. Uz to dolazimo do centralne problematike kada su rod i seksualnost u pitanju, koja se vrti oko pitanja &#8211; na kom nivou se &#8220;magija de\u0161ava&#8221;? Na nivou pojavnosti, telesnosti, unutra\u0161njeg ose\u0107anja ili sva tri, pa i jo\u0161 nekog \u010detvrtog? Da li je Lola mu\u0161karac koji se obla\u010di kao \u017eena, ili \u017eena sa nekim mu\u0161kim odlikama? &#8220;Girls will be boys, and boys will be girls, it&#8217;s a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, except for Lola&#8221;, obja\u0161njava Rej Dejvis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1972. Lou Reed &#8211; Walk on the Wild Side<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oG6fayQBm9w\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The Velvet Underground su bili \u0161ampioni njujor\u0161ke avangarde 60ih godina. U neku ruku projekat Endija Vorhola, njihov &#8220;coolness&#8221; je mo\u017eda i do danas nenadma\u0161en i predstavlja merilo tog neuhvatljivog elementa rokenrol mitosa. Lu Rid je na prole\u0107e te 1972. bez puno uspeha objavio prvi solo album, ali je u pomo\u0107 pritekao niko drugi do ve\u0107 tada slavni Dejvid Bouvi, uz \u010diju svesrdnu pomo\u0107 je ve\u0107 na jesen realizovan &#8220;Transformer&#8221;, jedan od najzna\u010dajnijih albuma 70ih. &#8220;Walk on the Wild Side&#8221; pri\u010da nekoliko pri\u010da o zbivanjima iza kulisa Vorholove &#8220;Fabrike&#8221;, sa za ovu temu relevantnim transrodnim likovima Holi, Kendi i D\u017eeki. Non\u0161alantnost i naklonost sa kojom Rid govori o njihovim \u017eivotima zapravo defini\u0161e odnos cele jedne generacije prema &#8220;drag&#8221; kulturi (jo\u0161 jedan termin povezan sa fenomenom transrodnosti). Uprkos tome \u0161to su prostitucija, droga i op\u0161ti razvrat bili svakodnevica Vorholove svite, Lu Rid direktnim re\u010dnikom neutrali\u0161e skoro svu \u0161okantnost takvog pristupa \u017eivotu. \u010cak mu polazi za rukom da upotrebi rasisti\u010dki izraz u frazi &#8220;and the colored girls go doop-do-doop&#8221;, a da pritom bude jasno da na taj na\u010din nedvosmisleno sebe svrstava u redove skrajnutih elemenata dru\u0161tva, koji nas pozivaju da se pro\u0161etamo &#8220;divljom stranom&#8221; ulice, zna\u010dilo to usmenu reklamu za pru\u017eanje specifi\u010dnih seksualnih usluga ili ne\u0161to drugo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1987. Aerosmith &#8211; Dude (Looks Like a Lady)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nf0oXY4nDxE\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Aerosmith su bend sa sta\u017eom, a ovaj singl su objavili u 15-oj godini uspe\u0161ne karijere. Videli su i pro\u017eiveli sve i sva\u0161ta, izme\u0111u ostalog i uspon glam-metala u SAD tokom 80ih. Legenda ka\u017ee da je pesma &#8220;Dude (Looks Like a Lady)&#8221; nastala tako \u0161to su \u010dlanovi Aerosmith tokom jednog izlaska za Vinsa Nila, peva\u010da popularnog glam-metal benda M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce, pomislili da je \u017eensko, \u0161to ne iznena\u0111uje ako znamo da su ekstravagantno kostimiranje i brdo \u0161minke bili esencijalni elementi pojave svih \u010dlanova njegovog benda (pa tako i njega). Ono \u0161to sa ove distance mo\u017eda \u010dudi je realnost da su se glam-metal bendovi skoro pa nadmetali u tome koji \u0107e biti heteroseksualno promiskuitetniji, \u0161to mene makar donekle podse\u0107a na Evropu 18-og veka, kada su perike, kostimi i \u0161minka bili obavezni za sve pripadnika aristokratije, nezavisno od pola, a sitnija slova istorije svedo\u010de o stilu \u017eivota uporedivom sa onim kakvom te\u017ee rokenrol zvezde. Trendovi seksualne privla\u010dnosti dosta nepredvidivo osciliraju izme\u0111u mu\u017eevnih i \u017eenstvenih ekstrema, opet postavljaju\u0107i pitanja o prirodi ljudske seksualnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pesmu su napisali Stiven Tajler i D\u017eo Peri iz Aerosmith u saradnji sa hitmejkerom Dezmond \u010cajldom, koji je reputaciju stekao napisav\u0161i verovatno najpoznatije pesme za Kiss, Bon Jovi, Alisa Kupera, a kasnije i Rikija Martina. D\u017eo Peri je brinuo da bi pesma mogla biti uvredljiva za pripadnike tzv. homoseksualne zajednice, ali ga je \u010cajld, koji je i sam homoseksualac, razuverio. Istini za volju, u ovoj pesmi nema nu\u017eno transrodnosti kao takve i vi\u0161e se bavi razuzdanom seksualno\u0161\u0107u, ali mislim da je korisna za uporednu analizu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1994. Blur &#8211; Girls &#038; Boys<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ATWnH-yb6-o\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Tokom devedesetih je sve \u0161to se kuvalo u prethodnim decenijama eksplodiralo. Neprebrojivi \u017eanrovi su dobili masovnu publiku, industrija je slavila, plivala u parama, a malo i trovala u\u017easnim one-hit-wonder glupostima. Gitarska muzika je od glamura i hedonizma 80ih skrenula (nazad) u prljav\u0161tinu, samokriti\u010dnost i dru\u0161tvenu osve\u0161\u0107enost. Na britanskom ostrvu se taj trend manifestovao kao brit-pop, u okviru kog su delovali dosta razli\u010dito karakterizovani bendovi: feminizirani d\u017eanki Suede, &#8220;selja\u010dine&#8221; Oasis, middle-class-socialist Pulp i arty-smarty Blur, \u010dija je &#8220;Girls &#038; Boys&#8221; jedna od defini\u0161u\u0107ih pesama decenije. Vrlo tongue-in-cheek disko gruv, pome\u0161an sa agresivnim gitarama i beskompromisno britanskim akcentom u vokalu oslikava uzbu\u0111enje koje se ose\u0107alo \u0161irom planete, pa i u na\u0161im krajevima (uprkos dru\u0161tvenom kolapsu). Refren pesme prakti\u010dno parafrazira Kinkse, a epilog dobija dve godine kasnije u filmu &#8220;Trainspotting&#8221;, kao misao glavnog junaka Marka Rentona: &#8220;1000 years from now there will be no guys and no girls, just wankers. Sounds great to me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2001. Garbage &#8211; Androgyny \/ Cherry Lips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hVs6Fekh0RY\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Cy1LdAaGASw\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Garbage su tako\u0111e jedan od esencijalnih bendova 90ih, kombinuju\u0107i elektroniku i grunge su se pozicionirali skoro pa optimalno i ekvidistantno u odnosu na sve zna\u010dajne muzi\u010dke trendove na svetskoj muzi\u010dkoj sceni. Prelaz u novi milenijum im je izgleda otvorio apetite, pa su poku\u0161ali da u svoj zvuk inkorporiraju i r&#8217;n&#8217;b, koji je u to vreme bio verovatno najunosniji pravac. Rezultat je &#8220;Androgyny&#8221;, poluuspe\u0161an pop eksperiment, u kom je pri\u010da o rodnim egzibicijama iskori\u0161\u0107ena kao marketin\u0161ki &#8220;angle&#8221;, tj. ne naro\u010dito uverljivo. Zanimljivo je da refren uporno pri\u010da o javnim toaletima, te ko bi trebalo da ih pose\u0107uje ili ne, \u0161to je tada delovalo budalasto, a danas predstavlja prakti\u010dno polovinu diskusije o pravima transrodnih osoba (makar na &#8220;Zapadu&#8221;). Stvari malo bolje stoje sa &#8220;Cherry Lips&#8221;, za koju je \u0160irli Menson inspiraciju na\u0161la u romanima Lore Albert, sme\u0161tenim u &#8220;white trash&#8221; Ameriku i punim prostitucije i zlostavljanja. Pesma u drugoj strofi dosta eksplicitno slavi lepotu mladi\u0107a koji &#8220;looks just like a girl&#8221;, mada je krajnja poruka nejasna, jer je mo\u017eda i nema. Garbage su, na\u017ealost, probali da tenziju koja okru\u017euje pri\u010du o rodnom identitetu iskoriste samo kao \u0161minku (pun intended).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013. Arcade Fire &#8211; We Exist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hRXc_-c_9Xc\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ovom pesmom dolazimo do savremenog pogleda na pitanje transrodnosti, ali istina prevashodno kroz spot. Sama pesma (koja se muzi\u010dki oslanja na &#8220;Hang On to Your Love&#8221; britanskog benda \u0160ade) uop\u0161teno govori o skrajnutim grupama u dru\u0161tvu i to ba\u0161 u toj formulaciji &#8211; u mno\u017eini. Li\u010dno, ve\u0107 tu vidim problem. Dok su Lu Rid i Rej Dejvis sa simpatijom pri\u010dali pri\u010de o raznobojnim i slojevitim likovima od krvi i mesa, Vin Batler bira politi\u010dki nabijen narativ o dru\u0161tvenoj marginalizaciji koji slu\u017ei kao osnov za podelu na &#8220;nas&#8221; i &#8220;njih&#8221;, impliciraju\u0107i ulogu \u017ertve kod &#8220;nas&#8221;, dok su &#8220;oni&#8221; nekakve babaroge. Dosta dobro realizovan spot prikazuje &#8220;tipi\u010dnu&#8221; pri\u010du o neda\u0107ama mu\u0161ke osobe koja istra\u017euje svoj rodni identitet obla\u010de\u0107i se kao \u017eena, a i pesma je muzi\u010dki vrlo ubedljiva i draga mi je, me\u0111utim ne mogu da se otmem utisku da je cela pri\u010da prora\u010dunata u cilju &#8220;brendinga&#8221; i pridobijanja odre\u0111ene publike. \u010cinjenica da glavnu ulogu ne igra transrodna osoba, ve\u0107 holivudski glumac srednjeg profila Endru Garfild, je bila meta kritike, od koje su se autori branili \u0161irinom teme i nespecifi\u010dno\u0161\u0107u koncepta, a Vin Batler je \u010dak izjavio da smatra da bi za npr. jamaj\u010danskog transrodnog tinejd\u017eera bilo ohrabruju\u0107e da glumca koji tuma\u010di lik Spajdermena vidi na\u0161minkanog i u \u017eenskoj ode\u0107i, uvode\u0107i elemente severnoameri\u010dkog hegemonijskog pogleda na svet u diskusiju.<\/p>\n<p>Gledaju\u0107i navedene primere, zaklju\u010dujem da su stvari poslednjih godina krenule u ne ba\u0161 konstruktivnom smeru. Dru\u0161tvene teme se &#8220;spinuju&#8221; umesto da se o njima direktno i otvoreno razgovara. Nekada je queer populacija imala svoj paralelni svet, svoju &#8220;divlju stranu&#8221;, dok se danas \u010dini da je ideja tu divljinu ukrotiti i spakovati u ma\u0161inu. Ako tako defini\u0161em savremene integrativne tendencije, ne mogu da ne osetim izvesnu \u017eal za dru\u0161tvenom heterogeno\u0161\u0107u pro\u0161lih epoha i pitam se kako se desilo da prakti\u010dno i fakti\u010dki vi\u0161e nema subkulturnih grupa, od kojih je svaka imala svoj etos, patos i estetiku. Sada dominiraju ekstremno centralizovani masovni mediji, masovni sadr\u017eaji i masovni obrasci, koji mamljenjem i omamljivanjem pojedinaca pomo\u0107u duboko ukorenjenih i potentnih emocija dovode do homogenizovanog dru\u0161tva, \u010diji su potezi i misli predvidivi i usmereni ka nastavljanju u davno odre\u0111enom smeru, bez mogu\u0107nosti preispitivanja. Za to vreme, su\u0161tinska pitanja o npr. prirodi na\u0161e seksualnosti ostaju neodgovorena. U to ime, ja se pitam se \u0161ta zna\u010di seksualna privla\u010dnost izme\u0111u tzv. &#8220;cis&#8221; i transrodne osobe, a u krajnjoj liniji \u0161ta zna\u010di seksualna privla\u010dnost izme\u0111u bilo koje dve osobe. Bojim se da su mi &#8220;samo ljubav&#8221; ili &#8220;ljubav je ljubav&#8221; dosta neprecizni odgovori koji \u010dak ni ne tangiraju brojne duboke i dalekose\u017ene individualne i dru\u0161tvene implikacije seksualnosti.
